As we review and communicate with our June team grant applicants we want to be sure everyone understands the process.  First, we need to talk about the success we had in this June grant cycle.  Youth shooting teams from across the county applied and we’re happy to announce we’ll be funding 492 teams!  The payout going to those respective teams is around $1.4 Million!  THAT is our best June grant cycle yet!  We are very excited about the athletes this money will help.

Now on to the details of our process.  Right now we’re finalizing the review process and communicating with each of you that applied.  Most of you should have an email that says your team grant application is complete and for those of you that don’t, PLEASE check the email address you provided on the application and take care of the missing pieces.  Your application must be complete to receive funds.  Our Board of Directors will meet at the end of the month and upon their approval, we’ll issue grant funds in early August.  We will communicate with you when those funds are issued.  Our mission is to fund youth shooting teams and activities and that’s exactly what we’re doing!  Thanks to all helping us achieve this mission and change the future of youth shooting sports.
