We have for auction another Ruger-made Marlin lever-action rifle. This time around is a Trapper Series Model 1894. Ruger’s records reflect this rifle was roll marked on January 27, 2024. It was a Sales & Marketing photography sample, was never sold, and has not been fired beyond normal factory test firing. This Model 1894 lever-action rifle was launched in May 2024. Chambered in .44 Rem Mag, the rifle features a 16.1″ cold hammer-forged barrel with a 1:20 twist. The threaded barrel (5/8″- 24), comes with a factory-installed, match-polished thread protector and will accommodate a muzzle brake or other barrel accessories. This Trapper Series Model 1894 sports a handsome black laminate stock with crisp checkering to help maintain a good grip in virtually all-weather conditions. The rifle also utilizes a blade front, and adjustable rear, Skinner Sights perfect for rapid target acquisition. The steel receiver, big loop lever, and trigger guard plate feature a matte stainless finish. The spiral fluted, polished bolt aids smooth cycling and durability, and the tubular magazine holds 8/9 rounds. The rifle will ship in its original rifle box along with an instruction manual, hammer spur, and locking device. The rifle is being sold “as is.” The purchaser assumes all liability for its safe and proper ownership, storage, use, and resale. It is a part of the Ruger factory collection in Southport, Connecticut and a Certificate of Authenticity will be mailed to the winner of the auction. The acquisition, ownership, possession and use of firearms are heavily regulated. Some models may not be legally available in your state or locale.
