Umarex
Umarex is the world’s largest manufacturer of over-the-counter firearm replicas and the largest importer of air guns in Europe. Founded in 1972, the mid-sized company is now run by the second generation of the two founding families. It has approximately 1,000 employees worldwide. The key to the company’s success has been the acquisition of licenses to build replicas of well-known weapons, which then can be sold without restrictions. Tippmann Arms
Tippmann Arms, established in 1983 by Dennis Tippmann Sr. in Fort Wayne, IN, initially manufactured sought-after collectable half-scale .22LR and .22Mag. caliber belt-fed replicas of Browning machine guns. In 2016 Tippmann Arms started producing the M4-22, a .22LR caliber semi-automatic rifle, along with several other rifle and pistol versions based on the popular AR platform. Tippmann Arms takes pride in its 86,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility where all critical components, including upper and lower receivers, barrels, and bolts (BCG), are machines in-house. The company continues to introduce unique products to the firearms market, such as the M4-22 Bug-out Models and the revolutionary Speed Loader.
