MILLION DOLLAR DAY – THANK YOU!
On December 3, thousands of dollars poured in to benefit youth shooting sports to celebrate Giving Tuesday. Once again, it was the biggest fundraising day of the year for MidwayUSA Foundation and the youth shooting programs we support. In just one day, we raised $566,205.24, and we’ll match those donations to provide a million-dollar-plus day! It was the most successful Giving Tuesday to date, and we are grateful to every donor who contributed to a youth shooting team or organization on this global day of giving.
Team Incentive Winners – Top 5
Every youth shooting team participating in Giving Tuesday was eligible for the team incentive, awarding additional endowment funds at random and for performance. The top five teams that generated the most donation dollars received endowment funds based on their placement; see the winners below. The first-place team won $15,000, second place $12,500, third place $10,000, fourth place $7,500, and $5,000 to fifth place. The top 5 teams cumulatively raised $201,106. In addition to top-performing teams, 30 participating teams were randomly drawn to win $1,000 each. Click Here to view all the shooting teams that qualified for this incentive.

Roy McClain, President of Georgia Competitive Shooters Inc. and founder of Georgia Youth Shooting Sports Foundation, spoke about the importance of their MidwayUSA Foundation endowment.
“When kids walk through the door, the only thing they have to have is desire. Thanks to the Foundation, we can provide ammo and targets, assist with travel expenses, provide quality coaching, and take care of other administrative needs.”
The Georgia Competitive Shooters program won $12,500 by taking second place in the Giving Tuesday team incentive. In addition, thanks to SK Guns, Roy was drawn to win a unique pistol set. The Gold Series Early Italian Renaissance Collection is a remarkable set of 1911 pistols with consecutive serial numbers that was generously donated by SK Guns to support MidwayUSA Foundation and youth shooting sports. A big thank you to SK Guns and every donor who took the time to contribute on Giving Tuesday. You are why we are changing the future of youth shooting sports.
