Registering for our new online system by December 5th will ensure you can apply by the application deadline of December 15. Your shooting team MUST REGISTER to use this new online grant platform. Failing to register by Saturday, December 5th will result in not being able to apply for your annual MidwayUSA Foundation cash grant which provides funds for your youth shooting team.
Getting registered in our SurveyMonkey Apply system is simple but please know that we must add you to this new system manually. Requests made on weekends and evenings will be processed the next business day…don’t worry, deadline day requests will be accepted even if we don’t see them until Monday. Once we complete your request you will receive an email to join our new online grant system and from there you can complete your application by the December 15 deadline.
